We have three ATM Machines on the grounds for your convenience.

These machines will be located in our Main Admission Entrance,​

The Main Building as well as in The Pour House.

LOST & FOUND

If you have LOST any of your items, such as keys, glasses, wallets, phones, cards etc. you may find them at the Lost & Found, located in the First Aid Station (in the Heritage Building) or upstairs at the Exhibition Office. If you have FOUND any items, please drop them off at either of the locations, mentioned above, and we will do our best to find their owner.

SMALL FAMILY RESTING SPOT

Looking for a spot to take your tots for diaper changing, feeding, or just a nice private & comfortable place to relax with your little ones.

The Small Family Resting Spot is located in the Main Building (next to Charlie’s Pizza).

PUBLIC PARKING

For your convenience, Reserve Parking is available in rows 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5 (we have opened more spots this year) at a cost of $25.00

on a first come first serve basis and can be purchased at the Exhibition office. Book your spot early so you don’t miss out!

If you plan on traveling back & forth a fair bit, this is the cheapest and best option for you.

Public Parking is available across the street in our Public Parking Lot on Exhibition Drive at the cost of $3.00.

SENIORS HOSPITALITY ROOM

Are you needing a cool place to relax and enjoy a cool refreshment?

We have that space just for you to do that.

Our building is open 12 – 9 p.m. daily with a space to cool off and have a complimentary beverage. While there, go back in time and look at some of the antiques that are on display, have a chat with some old friends and enjoy your day at The Big Ex! The Senior’s Hospitality Room is located in the Heritage Building and is proudly sponsored by R.A. Corkum Funeral Home.

MEDICAL EMERGENCIES

Did you know, that we have a Paramedic onsite throughout the weeklong event,

you can find Mike located in the Heritage Building. (behind the Grandstand)

For first aid and/or medical emergencies,

please go directly to the First Aid Booth.

HERITAGE BUILDING DEMONSTRATIONS

Local artisans will be on hand all week to demonstrate and showcase their talents, these demonstrations take place daily in the

Presidents Hall & Heritage Building which is located directly behind the Plaza B Grandstands

EVERYONE IS WELCOME to drop by and visit.

KIDS PETTING BARN

Come on to the Kids Petting Barn and look at all the animals, visit our Farmer for a Day Booth, pick some apples,

collect some eggs, pull some veggies from our garden or just relax and colour a picture.

Our Petting Barn is located just inside the Main Entrance.

FREE SHUTTLE SERVICE

Will once again be available for the 2022 Exhibition!

If you have limited mobility, but just love attending the Ex, the Big Ex Shuttle will drive you from our

lower parking lot to the Admissions area. The shuttle will be running

Thursday – 5 – 11 p.m.

Friday

Saturday – 2 – 11 p.m.

Sunday – 12 noon – 5 p.m.
